the zoo

We took Dieter to the zoo a couple of weeks ago.  It was his first at the zoo.  He was intrigued by the tigers, thought the giraffes were cool, but mostly he wanted to push his own stroller.

 He was sporting his new shoes and just could not get enough of them.

 Dieter loves LOVES music.  He begs to play the piano (mostly to flip the pages in the music book).  One day he picked up the harmonica and figured out how to make the sounds.  We think it is adorable!

 It has been unseasonably warm in this part of the country.  It has caused on many occasions for Dieter to tug at his clothes until we get the message that he wants his clothes off.  Sometimes he's okay with just his shirt off.  He is such a cute little rascal with such white skin (sorry son, you get that from me)!  He is pure boy and loves rocks.  He picks up rocks and puts them in the empty paint can and stirs them then dumps them.

It almost made it in...until I gave him a stern "no, no, no".  To which he gave me that glare with those beautiful blue eyes!
